When women learn to recognize and demoralize dem--- sorry, "narcissists", The Game will conclude very quickly.

Learn to forgive, in advance. Just assume that folks will sometimes let you down, and forgive them before they can even do it. Choose to discard the years of estrangement or revenge-planning before they begin. 

If they're strangers, don't spend a minute hating them. Every second you lose to hatred, you lose.

If they're family and friends, love them today, because you know you'll eventually forgive and love them again, or wish you had.
